Use of service

ZoroBiz is provided for business operations including attendance, site management, invoices, inventory, purchase orders, HRM records, reports, and subscription administration. Users must provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information.

Authority to register

The person registering a company account confirms they are authorized to create the account, invite users, submit company information, and accept these terms for the business.

Account responsibility

Company administrators are responsible for managing users, permissions, employee records, uploaded files, business data, and access within their company account. Administrators must remove access for employees or users who leave the business.

Employee and location data

Customers are responsible for obtaining any notices, consents, or internal approvals needed before collecting employee GPS, selfie, attendance, HRM, salary, leave, or document data in their country or industry.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass tenant restrictions, test other companies’ data, upload harmful files, misuse employee location data, violate privacy laws, or use the service for unlawful activities.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are processed through Paddle checkout. After successful payment confirmation, ZoroBiz automatically creates the company account and sends the admin verification email. Trial and unpaid accounts may be restricted, suspended, or cancelled. Prices, plan limits, features, and support channels may change with notice where practical.

Payment verification

Paddle payment events are verified by webhook before paid accounts are activated. Customers should not send payment to unofficial accounts or payment instructions outside the checkout flow.

Customer responsibility for records

ZoroBiz helps generate and manage operational records, but customers remain responsible for checking invoices, VAT or tax values, payroll-related fields, attendance records, purchase orders, reports, and legal or accounting outputs before relying on them.

Service changes

Features, pricing, limits, supported platforms, and modules may change. ZoroBiz may suspend access to protect security, reliability, legal compliance, billing integrity, or other customers.

Limitation

The service is provided for operational support. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZoroBiz is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, payroll errors, tax filing issues, customer disputes, employee disputes, or business decisions made from unverified data.
